FAQ's Regarding Appointments:
My policies regarding prepays are common-sense and common courtesy policies/guidelines ensuring that you are serious about keeping this appointment and that you respect my time and the time of others.
1. All eyology appointments need to be prepaid at time of booking or 1-month in advance to appointment time.
-Appointment payment can be paid in person or over the phone. You can also request a paypal invoice.
2. Appointment prepays are absolutely refundable IF you cancel your appointment 48 BUSINESS-hours or more in advance to appointment time.
-If you cancel with intentions to call back and reschedule at a later date, you must do so within 6 months or there will be no refund issued.
-No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
-Friday appointments need to be cancelled by or before Tuesday (we are closed on Thursday)
-Monday appointments need to be cancelled by or before Friday (we are closed on Sunday)
3. Appointments can also be rescheduled IF you reschedule you appointments 48 BUSINESS-hours ore more in advance to appointment time.
-No-shows can not be rescheduled. A new appointment will need to be booked.
-Friday appointments need to be rescheduled by or before Tuesday (we are closed on Thursday)
-Monday appointments need to be rescheduled by or before Friday (we are closed on Sunday)
4. Your appointment is your responsibility.
-Put the date and time of your appointment in your phone, computer or date book. Remembering your appointment is your responsibility and, in this day and age, there's
really no excuse to forget an appointment.
If you'd like a curtsy call a few days before your appointment, just ask. We'll make a special note a few days ahead of time to remind you of your appointment.
After years of having people book appointments and no-show (even after calling to confirm the appointments) I realized that we had no choice but to start a prepay system.
Prepaying for the appointment lets us know that you're serious about the appointment and you absolutely plan on being there.
If the day you've booked ends up not working with your schedule and you need a refund or you need to move your appointment just give us a call or shoot us an email. All I ask is that you do so 48hrs or more in advance so we have time to move people forward.
